We are pleased to introduce you to Leyden Family Services located in and serving Leyden and Norwood Park Townships. Our JCAHO accredited, not-for-profit agency provides counseling and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults and senior citizens. We hope that by inquiring into our services, you, or the person you care about, will be taking a step towards self discovery. 

All residents of Leyden and Norwood Park Townships are eligible to be assessed for services on a discounted fee schedule. In addition, we have flexible payment plans and some insurance companies cover all or a portion of the cost. Lastly, we are Medicaid Certified  

Our agency is professionally staffed by Psychiatrists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Certified Addiction Counselors, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, and additional Mental Health Specialists.
